The research activity of this group is focused on the synthesis of inorganic materials and surface science.

Surface science is conducted by using Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) technique and micro/macro ATR FT-IR spectroscopy.

In particular, the members of the group are active in the following research lines:

• Characterization of inorganic materials
• Surface and interface chemistry in materials for energy and electronics
• Inorganic materials for cultural heritage
